Our Power Press Machine is perfect for pressing, trimming, straightening, assembly and disassembly at industrial and tool room level. We have carved a niche as one of the distinguished Power Press Machines exporters from India. The frame of Power Press Machine is made using rolled steel plates and suitable cross ribbings. Both the clutches are pin/rolling key types and are well structured and sufficiently rigid. These clutches provide continuous strokes for production on bunch-level. The cranks of Power Press Machine are made of specially alloyed steel and are accurately and perfectly fitted in bushes made of bronze for hassle-free movement. All the gears are steel cast and fabricated. The gear teeth are made from the précised hobbing machine. The flywheel of our Power Press Machine is made of high grade cast iron and is made sturdy for storing and releasing adequate energy for the pressing operations, and properly balanced for smooth running. An efficient shot lubrication system has been provided for lubricating the sliding surfaces and moving parts.

2. Mechanical Spring Loaded Clutch and Brake is provided in the machine

4. Spring Loaded Ejector is provided in the Ram for efficient working of Die
5. Machines are also available in PILLAR & INCLINABLE (or C type) shape to suit user’s requirement
